These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999x ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 999x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999x platform.

Continued use of the 999x platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, your only remedy is to close your account.

To access betting markets and deposit funds on 999x, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a password, and agreement to these Terms. During registration and at any subsequent point, 999x may request additional identity verification documents including a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or other documentation required under applicable regulations.
Each person may hold only one registered account on 999x. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same mobile number, same payment method, same IP address, or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 999x employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999x reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 999x platform. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. By completing registration, you declare that you are 18 or older. 999x takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will verify the age of any player it has reason to believe may be under 18.
Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 999x will suspend the account, freeze any balance, and void all pending bets. Funds deposited by a player found to be underage will not be returned. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player are also void and will not be paid out. 999x works with third-party age verification services and may cross-reference CNIC data to confirm eligibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999x account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication methods linked to your account. 999x will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. If anyone requests your 999x password, treat it as an attempt at fraud and report it to us immediately.
If you believe your 999x account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately via live chat. We will temporarily suspend the account, investigate the activity, and take appropriate remedial action. 999x cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the player's own negligence — such as sharing credentials or using an unsecured device — contributed to the breach.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 999x account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number before each login. This is available in your account security settings.
All financial transactions on 999x are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and daily withdrawal limits. 999x does not charge any fees on withdrawals. All promotions offered by 999x are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Not all bets contribute equally — accumulator bets count at 100%, single bets at 100%, and virtual sports at 80%. Poker rake counts at 100% toward poker-specific wagering requirements.

999x offers betting markets across cricket, other sports, virtual sports, and poker. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each market. These rules are available in the respective section of the platform. The general betting rules in this section apply across all products unless otherwise stated in product-specific rules.
A bet placed on 999x is binding once you confirm the bet slip and the bet is accepted by the platform. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after acceptance except where in-play rules or specific market rules expressly permit it. In cases of obvious pricing errors — where odds displayed are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — 999x reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This is rare, and 999x will always communicate such actions to affected players via email or in-app notification.
For cricket markets: if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, bets will be settled based on the official result declared by the match governing body. If no official result is available, bets are voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets accepted during a period of incorrect scoring data may be voided at 999x's discretion, subject to review.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 999x platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and withdrawals, and permanent closure of the account without return of balance:
Where 999x detects potential match-fixing activity, it is obliged to report this to the relevant sports governing bodies and, where required, to law enforcement authorities. Player confidentiality does not apply in cases of suspected criminal activity.
999x is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting is intended to be an entertaining activity. When it stops being fun, or when it begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, it is no longer entertainment — and 999x wants to help you recognise that point before it causes serious harm.
Every registered 999x player has access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account settings: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cool-off periods of 24 hours to 7 days; and self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 12 months. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the active period — this is intentional and in your best interest.
If you request self-exclusion, 999x will also make reasonable efforts to exclude you from receiving marketing communications during that period. Once self-exclusion expires, re-activation requires a waiting period and a manual review by our responsible gaming team — we will not automatically reopen accounts at the first request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999x's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. 999x is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from use of the platform.
999x does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or external factors such as internet connectivity may cause temporary unavailability. Where downtime causes a bet to be placed at incorrect odds or in an incorrect market, the affected bet will be reviewed and voided if necessary, with stakes returned. 999x is not liable for any consequential financial loss arising from platform unavailability.
Plain English summary: If something goes wrong technically on the 999x side, we will fix the bet and return your stake. We cannot compensate you for what you might have won in other circumstances.
999x reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for regulatory or security reasons. The updated Terms will always be published on this page with the revised date.
If you disagree with any change to the Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw your remaining balance, subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Continued use of the 999x platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
